Examples of actions in the agri-food sector

Detection and identification of sources of microbial contamination in production workshops or along an agri-food chain: alteration strains or pathogens,
Proposals for solutions after audit in the event of a manufacturing accident of microbiological origin,
Challenge-test – Aging test – Growth test – Storage test (alteration strains or pathogens): helps to determine microbiological shelf life,
Microbial ecology: global description of bacterial communities by molecular biology tools (such as NGS Next-Generation Sequencing) with data processing by bioinformatics- qPCR with primer design,
Quantitative monitoring of a given species throughout a process, for example fermentation by molecular biology – qPCR,

Acquisition of the cardinal values of various microorganisms under different environmental factors: pH, Aw, temperature,
